Shipping Costs

  • All shipping is free. 


Shipping Schedule

  • Barring special circumstances, packages will be shipped out within 3 business days of sending order notification email.
  • Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • Customers in Okinawa and outer islands may be subjected to longer delivery times.
  • Delivery times may be subjected to delay during periods of congestion
  • Delivery times may be subject to delay due to overseas shipping.
  • Account registration is required in order to submit delivery address
  • In the case of failed delivery, we will not be able to resend the package once it has been returned to our company
  • Failed deliveries due to long-term absence from delivery address or inability to receive the package are subject to refunds of product cost only.
  • We do not accept PO Boxes as shipping address.
  • Each order can only be delivered to one address (for shipments to multiple locations, please make multiple orders) 
  • Due to the possibility of customs inspection, deliveries may not arrive in original packaging condition. Thank you for your understanding.

Order Cancellation Policy

  • In most circumstances, we are unable to cancel orders once they have been placed. Thank you for your understanding.
  • (※Order cancellation is available only in the case of pricing mistakes, insufficient stock, and other unavoidable circumstances. This is subject to the company’s decision.)


Returns / Exchange Policy

  • In most circumstances, we are unable to offer product return or exchange
  • If your product fulfills the requirements below, please contact us for return or exchange within 7 days of its delivery
  • Item returns are only available if:
    • The item arrives dirty or with defects
    • The item is different from the one ordered
    • The item can be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered (packaging intact, etc.)
  • We are unable to fulfill refund or exchange requests submitted 8 days or more after order delivery
  • We are unable to accept refund or exchange requests of damaged, altered, or used items
  • We accept refund or exchange requests exclusively for products purchased from rapeeliving.jp 


Regarding Customs Taxes

  • Custom taxes are taxes charged for items purchased from overseas, and the amount charged varies depending on the product. 
  • When the taxable amount of 60% the order's total value exceeds ¥10,000 (i.e. the total order value exceeds ~¥16,600), a consumption tax will also be applied.
  • When consumption tax is required, the customer will also have to pay a customs processing fee.
